is the publisher and co-founder of Chicago Windy City Guide. Before
embarking on his own publication in 2001, Russ had a successful
publishing career with several publishers including Crain
Communications, technology publisher IDG, and most recently as
publisher of Computer Games where his revenue responsibilities
included print and online advertising, circulation and European content
licenses. Tina Hoefer Director of Sales Tina Hoefer is the Director of Advertising and co-founder of Chicago
Windy City Guide which has become one of Chicagoland’s top
hospitality publications. Tina also is the president of Hoefer Enterprises,
an independent sales representation firm. For the past 8 years, Tina
has sold online and print advertising in the Chicago area for Thomas
Publishing, a manufacturing and industrial online & print publisher.
